I purchased the Proform treadmill from Costco.com. I then purchased the 4 year extended warranty service from Proform.com. 2 years into the warranty, my belt is broken. I contacted Profrom, they assigned the warranty to Icon Fitness, Icon Fitness sent the parts for the belt. But assigned the actually repair job to Altitude Fitness Repair in Colorado. But it's been a month, no one would call and schedule an appointment to come and service the treadmill. I sent emails, texts and web live chats. Everyone is kicking the ball around and no one would respond to the repair. Basically, I paid the money for the warranty plan and will not receive any after-sale service. Costco is willing to take the treadmill back. But I just wish ProForm, Icon Fitness and Altitude Fitness Repair in Colorado would step up and honor their obligation.
Please do not business with them. They will keep you on wait for 2-3 hours for every call. If you buy a treadmill you will have to deal with the company for shipping, delivery and maintenance, if you want to spend 5-6 hours of your life doing this then do business with them otherwise stay away. I was forced to cancel my order because they refused to do doorstep delivery and they charged me 400$ to cancel my order which was not even delivered. Save yourself, stay away from them.

I love my ProForm Pro C22 bike. It's well made and high quality.. you can tell the company truly cares about their products and consumers. I've had to contact support once. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier.

I received the Proform Pro 2000 Smart Treadmill at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest feedback. This Smart treadmill is full-sized, and offers a lift to save space. Lift is hydraulic, so it is not heavy, and when released it comes down smooth, and slow. Incline and speed can be adjusted manually or by the trainers when you use the iFit program. Included was a free family membership, which has made this easy for the entire family to use and track individual progress. iFit has a wide range of workouts to accommodate everyone. Easy to assemble, and tools and hardware are included. Display is easy to see, and navigate. Speakers are large and the quality is very good., easily pairs headphones via bluetooth. Option to individually adjust the trainers volume and music separately. Very solid machine, works well with no issues.
ProForm offers great products at reasonable prices. I got the ProForm Pro C22 bike and I love it. It’s easy to assemble and very user friendly while operating. There are so many different options for spinning that is why I went with this bike. I will be making more purchases with ProForm in the future. Our son wanted to strengthen up over the summer for football. FedEx dropped off this humongous box. It was a little intimidating, but from the moment we unboxed it, till the last bolt tightening, was approximately 35 minutes, and we had to do a correction. Definitely assemble it in the room it will be used in, it’s big but fits perfectly in 8’ ceiling. I’m not able to use it but it’s been a couple weeks and our son is showing improvements already. This unit is also versatile. The space it takes up is justified with how many exercises you can perform on it. He has incorporated some resistance band training with it too. My honest opinion, if you have extra space, get it! When you assemble, notice the right and left are viewed from the back side of the unit. If you go to bolt in the pull up bar and it won’t fit, you only have to remove the two center pieces and swap the sides. was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion
I have the pro form bike - still own money on it waiting on yet another part to be replaced. Haven’t been able to use it for over 2 months. First the power supply was replaced which did not fix the problem and now they are replacing the console. They don’t back their products but from someone else.
This is a great start to a home gym. Because of its size it’s easy for me to change weights and change up my workouts as I see fit. Using this rack to start my home gym has helped me get in workouts that I wouldn’t have time going to a gym to do. It was very quick to arrive & and if you have a bench & weights on hand you can start working out within an hour of receiving. The assembly instructions are very simple and easy. I did need a second person to help with bolts as I held a couple pieces but the rest I done on my own. Overall it’s been a great addition and can’t wait to see some real results. My teenager has been using the carbon power tower for a couple weeks now. The comfortability in the handles and padding make him want to use it even more. Its extremely sturdy, so I do not worry about it moving or falling over like some of the others we saw before purchasing this one. My treadmill hasn’t worked since I got it and after three days of calling and getting some help they’ve completely stopped helping me. They either don’t answer the phone or when I get to talk to someone the call mysteriously drops. They no longer want to help.
I ordered an elliptical in January 2021, they said it would ship in early February. I call in late February asking what's going on, they tell me everything is back-ordered and it will ship in early April. I'm annoyed at the lack of communication about this, but I say okay thanks. I call back today (mid-April) to ask what the heck is going on, and the guy tells me that my order was cancelled during my last call. WHAT?! I spoke to someone in shipping - how would they cancel it? Why didn't I get any sort of confirmation email? I've been waiting 4 months for a machine that was never coming. Ridiculously unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
I ordered a Proform elliptical on 13 March.
That week I was told that I should expect delivery around 04 April.
On 10 April, according to their customer service, the elliptical had been in a warehouse since 31 March and was going to take another 2-3 weeks to arrive after they shipped... which they were probably, no guarantees, going to do in the next few days. This was complemented with a terse insincere apology of the sort Grubhub sends when your food will be ten minutes late.
As of writing, they refuse to answer any further emails about the ongoing delay. I don't know if the elliptical is good or not, but the company clearly work on the principle that once they have your money (which will be over $1000 in most cases) you're just a sucker who will have to deal with whatever they feel like doing to you.
Christmas gift for my wife gone terribly wrong!
We purchased this bike and it arrived non-functioning. I spent hours on the phone with different departments trying to get a replacement part. They told me I could watch a YouTube video to install it myself and I told them they were crazy, that they have to send a tech because it's under warranty! After going round and round, they finally scheduled the technician. He came out after the part
arrived and immediately said this is the wrong part. I spent many more hours on the phone with them trying to get the right part and after waiting several weeks (everything is back ordered and the first couple of CSR's didn't bother to tell me that but one of them finally accidentally let it slip), I decided to return the bike. That took several weeks to happen and now it's been more than a month that they've had the bike in their possession and they still have not refunded my money. I have called multiple times to ask about my refund. After more than 30 days in their possession, the CSR told me today that he'll put me on a hot list and I'll have my refund in 7 to 10 days. Seriously?
I would not buy anything from this company again ever.
RUN AWAY! And buy that popular bike that they advertise on TV.

Extremely difficult. On Monday I was passed from representative to representative in the end no assistance was provided. My last representative I was on hold for two hours. I spent 4 hours on the phone and received zero assistance.
